The attack by two Palestinian terrorists from the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) early today at 7:00AM Israel Standard Time at the Kehillat Yaakov synagogue in Jerusalem sent a shock wave through Israel and the Jewish diaspora.
The perpetrators shot and slaughtered four rabbis; three Americans and one Briton, dual citizens, six other worshipers were wounded at early morning minyan prayers CNN reported
The four killed were all rabbis: Avraham Shmuel Goldberg, 58; Aryeh Kopinsky, 43; Moshe Twersky, 59; and Calman Levine. Goldberg was a dual British-Israeli citizen, and the other three were U.S.-Israeli citizens — which is why the FBI is investigating the attack, according to a U.S. law enforcement official.
An arm of a Jewish worshipper wrapped in tefillin (phylacteries) was chopped off by one of the two assailants. Blood according to one of the eyewitnesses was splattered over the pews, prayer books and prayer shawls or tallit of the dead and wounded. Continue reading
Samuel Huntington predicted the growing cultural and religious conflicts that we are witnessing daily. His dubiousness regarding the ability of the West to understand those challenges and reluctance to meet them has been disturbingly accurate.
The failures of the West have brought about unprecedented expansion of “political Islam” both as a threat and an actuality.
All that the U.S. and the West have done to accommodate and buy-off its self-proclaimed Islamist enemies has only made them stronger. Instead of fighting the Islamists and their ideology, the U.S. and other Western nations have chosen to accept Islamists demands to modify their long held values, and eroding the freedoms of their own citizens. This submission to Islamist intimidation led to the prevalent ‘political correctness’ syndrome that further compromises our security. Continue reading
Three month old Chaya Zisel Braun was run down and killed by a Hamas terrorist at the Silwan Light Rail Station in Jerusalem. Eight other persons in the crowd were injured as 21 year-old Abdel Rahman Al-Shalodi plowed through them onto on the station platform. Hamas issued a statement calling Al-Shaludi’s murder of Chaya Zisel an “act of heroism”. Al-Shaludi had previously served time in an Israeli prison on terrorist-related charges. Continue reading
A continually morphing virus is an unknown, so any information that the government gives us today, may be dead wrong tomorrow. The contradictory statements coming out of the government agencies about ebola is both inappropriate and counter-productive. They are caught between a rock and a hard place because they don’t know exactly what they are dealing with. They don’t want to choose between telling the American people the truth and facing the possibility of causing a panic, so they lie. Too bad. All Americans lose. Continue reading
BREAKING STORY: August 29, 2014 4:10 pm EDT According to a confidential and highly reliable source, Commanding General of the 1st Armored Division and Fort Bliss, Major General Stephen M. Twitty, has been briefed today by the CIA, on a credible threat against the US by ISIS. Based on intelligence from chatter and other sources, an attack along our southern border by ISIS may be imminent. The nature of the attack may be a large truck bomb or the access may lead to another type of major event.
Further information revealed by Judicial Watch indicates that the attack may emanate from the border city of Ciudad Juarez in Mexico, across the border from El Paso, where terrorist groups, including ISIS, have been very active. This report flies in the face of Friday’s statement by White House spokesman Josh Earnest that “There is no evidence or indication right now that ISIL (ISIS) is actively plotting to attack the United States homeland.”
Editor’s Comment: We have been warning our readers for some time that ISIS has openly targeted America and already has agents here in the US. We do not have the luxury of adopting the White House’s laid back approach to this clear and present danger. We cannot wait until after a terrorist attack to wring our hands and say, “If only we had known!” We do know and the time to prepare is now. Another 9/12/2001 would be unforgivable. Mr. President, are you listening?
